MPHPL Changes for St. Joe County Public Library Reciprocal Borrowers
In January 2022, St. Joe County Public Library (SJCPL) established an annual charge of $50 to our Mishawaka patrons. In response, on January 20, 2022, the Board of Trustees of the Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library moved to reciprocate St. Joe County Public Library’s decision to introduce a $50 fee to MPHPL patrons.
